We do a 20-minute video call to understand your background, current level, footage, and goals. If we think we can help, we say yes. If we don't, we tell you honestly - and why.
Player Plan & Onboarding
We build your personalised Player Plan - target countries, clubs and realistic levels based on your footage and profile. You sign your agreement and we begin outreach the same week.
Club Outreach
We contact clubs directly using our existing relationships. Not cold emails - warm introductions from people club directors already trust. Your profile lands in front of decision-makers, not an inbox nobody checks.
Trial Secured
When a club confirms interest, we get you fully briefed. Logistics vary - sometimes the club arranges travel and accommodation, sometimes you will. Either way, you'll know exactly what to expect before you go anywhere.
Ongoing Support
We stay with you through the trial via the First Football Trials Player App. If an offer comes through, we'll help you understand whether it's fair - but note that formal negotiation on your behalf requires a separate representation agreement. If things don't work out, we get straight back to finding the next opportunity.
